Doing these activities will help you stay more even-keeled for the many demands placed on you.
Make sure you are organized
As a caregiver, you will need to keep track of doctors’ appointments, medication times and refills, and other important engagements. Grab a calendar and start keeping track of your list of “to-do items.” Taking these simple steps will help you from feeling so stressed.
Talk to others
Being a caregiver can be isolating, which can then lead to depression and anxiety. As a caregiver, it is essential to converse with others who are going through similar situations. Having an outlet to share and a way to express your feelings is healthy and can be healing.
Get plenty of sleep and eat right.
It sounds pretty basic but making sure you are getting enough rest is essential to the role of caregiving. Sleep is restorative and provides you with the energy you need to face the varying responsibilities you encounter as a caregiver. On the same token, eating a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and complex carbohydrates will give your body the essential fuel it needs.
Don’t put too much pressure on yourself.

Be kind to yourself and your loved ones.
